1.Acknowledgement of Risk:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that riding an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) involves inherent risks, hazards, and dangers that cannot be eliminated, including but not limited to:

Loss of control, collisions, overturning, or mechanical failure
Variations in terrain, weather, and natural obstacles
Personal injury, property damage, or even death

I understand and accept these risks voluntarily.

2.Assumption of Responsibility:

I certify that:

I am in good physical and mental health and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair my ability to operate an ATV.
I will wear the provided helmet and safety gear at all times.
I will follow all instructions, safety briefings, and rules given by the business and its guides.

I am responsible for my own conduct and any damage to the ATV caused by negligence, recklessness, or failure to follow instructions.

3.Release of Liability:

In consideration for being permitted to participate in ATV rentals/tours:

I release, waive, and discharge Northern Trail Adventures, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injury, death, or property damage sustained while participating in this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4.Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northern Trail Adventures and its employees/agents from any claims, damages, legal fees, or costs arising out of my participation.

5.Medical Treatment & Insurance

I authorize basic first aid if necessary.

I am responsible for my own medical expenses and insurance coverage.

6.Age & Competency

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age (or a parent/legal guardian signing for a minor).

I understand that minors must ride as passengers only (if applicable) and must be supervised.

7.Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados.
